பள்ளிக்கூடங்களில் கூட ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆசிரியைகளிடம் பாலியல் தொல்லைகள், தொந்தரவுகள், சில்மிஷங்கள், முதலியவற்றை வார்த்தைகள், சைகளை, செயல்கள் மூலம் கொடுத்து வருகிறார்கள். பாடம் சொல்லிக் கொடுக்க வேண்டிய இடத்தில் இவ்வாறு நடந்து கொள்வது வேலியே பயரை மேய்கிறது என்பதா, கலிகாலம் என்பதா, நாகரிக சீரழிவு என்பதா என்று தெரியவில்லை. குறிப்பாக தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள், தொடர்ந்து தங்கள் கீழ் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியைகளிடம் அவ்வாறு நடந்து கொள்வது நோக்கத்தக்கது[1]. அதிகார துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்யும் முறையில், செக்ஸும் இணைந்திருப்பது அபாயகரமாக உள்ளது. பள்ளிக்கூடங்களில் மட்டுமல்லாது, பல்கலைக் கழகங்களிலும் கூட மோசமான பாலியல் வக்கிரங்கள் நடந்து வருகின்றன. தில்லியில் என்று பரவலாகப் பேசப்பட்டது, இன்று தமிழகத்தில் பட்டிதொட்டிகளிலும், கிராமங்களிலும் கூட வழக்கமாக இருப்பது திகைப்பாக இருக்கிறது[2]. படித்தவர்களிடம் பக்குவம் வருவதற்கு பதிலாக, வக்கிரம், அதிலும் செக்ஸ்-வக்கிரம் வெளிப்படுவது, அவர்களது, கோரமான மனப்பாங்கினை எடுத்துக் காட்டுகிறது. இவர்களிடம் படிக்கும் மாணவர்களிடம், எத்தகைய ஒழுக்கத்தைக் காணமுடியும் என்ற கேள்வியும் எழத்தான் செய்கிறது. வாத்தியாரே அப்படித்தானே செய்கிறார் என்று அவர்கள் மனங்களில் பதிந்து விட்டால், நாட்டில் இத்தகைய செக்ஸ்-வக்கிரகங்கள் மேன்மேலும் அதிகமாகக் கூடும்.

ஹஜ்ரீமாவுக்கு பாலியல் தொந்தரவு: பெண் ஆசிரியருக்கு, பாலியல் தொல்லை கொடுத்ததாக, நல்லூர் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் 14-10-2015 புதன் கிழமை அன்று சஸ்பெண்ட் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்[3] என்று செய்தி வந்துள்ளது. பிடிஐ செய்தியாகி விட்டபடியால், ஆங்கில நாளிதழ்களில் சுருக்கமாக வந்துள்ளது[4]. சேலம் மாவட்டம், ஏற்காடு வல்லக்கடை / வெள்ளக்கடை பஞ்சாயத்துக்கு உட்பட்ட நல்லூரில், ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய நடுநிலைப்பள்ளி உள்ளது. இதில், அப்பகுதியில் உள்ள, 90 மாணவ, மாணவியர் படித்து வருகின்றனர்[5]. இதில், தலைமை ஆசிரியர் சத்யராஜ் மற்றும் மூன்று பெண் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் உள்பட, ஐந்து பேர் பணிபுரிந்து வருகின்றனர். இப்பள்ளியில் பணிபுரிந்து வரும் ஹஜ்ரீமா என்ற இடைநிலை ஆசிரியை, ஏற்காடு உதவி தொடக்கக்கல்வி அலுவலரிடம் 13-10-2015 அன்று புகார் அளித்தார்[6].

ஹஜ்ரீமா, சத்யராஜ் பற்றி புகார் கொடுத்தது (13-10-2015): ஹஜ்ரீமா அப்புகாரில், கூறியிருப்பதாவது: “பள்ளியின் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் சத்யராஜ், நான் வகுப்பு எடுக்கும் போது, வகுப்பறையில் அமர்ந்து கொண்டு கவனிப்பது மற்றும் பாலியல் சீண்டல் முயற்சிகளில் ஈடுபட்டும் வந்தார். அவருக்கு ஏற்கனவே திருமணமாகி, குழந்தைகள் இருந்த நிலையில், என்னை இரண்டாவது திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ள வற்புறுத்தி வந்தார். முதல் பருவ தேர்வு விடுமுறை முடிந்து, பள்ளிக்கு வரும் போது, திருமணத்துக்கு சம்மதம் தெரிவிக்காவிட்டால், தற்கொலை செய்து கொள்வேன் என, மிரட்டல் விடுத்தார்[7]. இதனால், கடும் மன உளைச்சல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது”, இவ்வாறு அவர் புகாரில் கூறியுள்ளார்[8]. திருமணம் ஆகி, குழந்தைகள் உள்ளவர்கள் இவ்வாறு செக்ஸ்-சீண்டல்களில் ஈடுபடுவதும் நோக்கத்தக்கது. தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை சரியில்லை அல்லது இல்லற தோல்வி, குடும்பப் பிரச்சினை என்றெல்லாம் சாக்கு வைத்துக் கொண்டு அடுத்த பெண்களிடம் தொந்தரவு செய்வது அடுக்காது. மேலும், தமிழ் கலாச்சாரம், திராவிடம் என்றெல்லாம் பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் காலத்தில், இவ்வாறு நடந்து கொள்வதற்கான காரணத்தையும் ஆராய வேண்டியுள்ளது.
விசாரணைக்குப் பிறகு சத்யராஜுக்கு சஸ்பென்ஷன் (14-10-2015): இப்புகாரின் அடிப்படையில், ஏற்காடு உதவி தொடக்கக்கல்வி அலுவலர் ஷேக்தாவூத், பள்ளியில் சக ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் தலைமை ஆசிரியரிடம் விசாரணை நடத்தி, அறிக்கையை மாவட்ட தொடக்கக்கல்வி அலுவலரிடம் சமர்பித்தார். இந்த அறிக்கை, இயக்குனரகத்துக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டு, இயக்குனரின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் அடிப்படையில், மாவட்ட தொடக்கக்கல்வி அலுவலர் தங்கராஜ், 14-10-2015 அன்று நல்லூர் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் சத்யராஜை சஸ்பெண்ட் செய்து உத்தரவிட்டார்[9]. பாலியல் புகாரில் சிக்கி, தலைமை ஆசிரியர் சஸ்பெண்ட் ஆன சம்பவம், ஆசிரியர்கள் மத்தியில் அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது[10]. புகார் கொடுத்த ஒரே நாளில் விசாரித்து தண்டனை கொடுத்துள்ளதும் கவனிக்கத்தக்கது. உதவி தொடக்கக்கல்வி அலுவலர் ஷேக்தாவூத் மற்றும் புகார் கொடுத்தவர் ஹஜ்ரீமா என்றதால், உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டதா என்ற கேள்வியும் எழத்தான் செய்கிறது. பெண்கள் பிரச்சினை பெண்கள் பிரச்சினையாக, பொதுவாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டு, நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படுகிறதா, அல்லது பாரபட்சம் உள்ளதா என்றும் நோக்கத்தக்கது. ஏனெனில், மற்ற புகார்களில், வேறுவிதமாக நடந்து கொள்வதும் தெரிய வருகின்றன.

The teachers informed local people about the harassment they had to undergo over a period of time, following which they staged a demonstration here, demanding action against the three on November 26, last year.The people also gave a complaint to Education Department officials demanding action, following which an inquiry was conducted.The Director of School Education suspended headmaster Kumarasamy, teachers Udhayasuriyan and Manivannan of the school at Chinnakamanpatti after the report by the DEO, Jayakumar said.PTI
